2 Timothy 3:16-17  “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.”  once heard it said that the Bible is the only book someone reads in which they are encouraged to start somewhere other than the beginning.  Sound familiar?  I think to truly understand the value of that comment, one must understand exactly what the Bible is and what it’s not.  This article from the Resurgence sums it up very well:
